Many additives in wax which can interfere with PCR. Makes the wax better
for what it is used for but not so good for PCR.
Why not add Taq antibody to the Expand HIfi mix? The proof-reading
component has minimal activity at RT whilst the AB will knock out the
Taq component. Buffer stays the same.
