There was something published as a single sheet in the back of NAR,
maybe 4-5 years or so ago. Heat killing was the key to good
electroporation, plus of course dropping the salts. Heat killing can't
do any harm so worth a go.
I love deadlines. I especially like the whooshing noise they make as
they go flying by.
