A basic question about KOZAk sequence. As I understand the Kozak sequence is few bp upstream of ATG and a single G after ATG (gccgccaccATGg). But how come the downstream G after ATG can be added without changing the CDS of the protein? <http://www.biowww.net/forum/read.php?f=1&i=5296&t=5296>
