Do a search for runaway vectors, based on say pKN402 or similar. copy
numbers of 5-10 at 28C and several thousand upon induction and growth at
37-42C. The name Uhlin springs to mind.
The problem with being on the cutting edge is that you occasionally get
sliced from time to time....
