Cheap-ish western blotting??

Can anyone recommend a few 'cheaper' reagents for western blotting??

Specifically:

0.45 um nitrocellulose blotting paper, ECL compatible (pre-cut or
rolls)

ECL kit (I heard there's a great alternative to the Amersham system...
Pierce or something??)
