dear netters! i have a dna fragment cut with XcmI and EcoRI. i would like to make the both ends blunt. can i USE DNA polI for the same. if to use how to go about? i donot have T4 DNA polymerse or klenow with 3'-5' exonuclese activity at the moment. thanks in advance, ramchander. ---
