silly glucuronidase question

Hi all, 

Can anyone point me to the physiological of beta glucuronidase (pH optimum 4.5 
- lysosomal) in eucaryotes and preferably in mammals?

Any ideas on organ distribution? 

Don't bite for this obviosly silly question, but medline and sources like the 
enzyme handbook don't give me the right clues.
