Method to sequence cloned PCR products

I have a conceptual question. Which of the following is the most widely used
method for high throughput sequencing of cloned PCR products:

1) Primer Extension Sequencing.
2) Primer Walk Sequencing. 
3) Large Insert & Shotgun Sequencing.
4) cDNA Concatenation Sequencing.
