slot blot information

Hi,

Can anyone explain to me how a slot blot analysis is performed or a website
that I can go for an explanation of how it is performed?  I understand that
slot blot analysis will determine the amount of human DNA in a particular
sample.  However, I'd like more information on how the analysis is
performed.  Thanks for your help.
