C-terminal fusion vector

Novagen (no affiliation) does have a pET vector, pET38, that has a
C-terminal fusion to cellulose binding protein. The tag is supposed
to be approximately 107 amino acids, close but a bit shy of the 12
kDa minimum you're looking for.
