Reagents used in Biochemical analysis

:          i need a list of the reagents used for determining 
:the presence of 

protein - Bradford or Lowry's assay (spectrophotometric assay)

carbohydratse - Try breaking them down into monosaccharrides and using Trinder's reagent (spectrophotometric assay)

lipids -  not sure about this

 nucleic acids  - try running some of your extract out on an agarose gel and staining with ethidium bromide.  Compare against Molecular Mass markers to quantify.  DNA should be in a tight bind of high molecular weight and the RNA will be seen as 2 bands of low molecular weight.
