Hi, I need to order 100 primers around 40base in length for PCR cloning genes for expression studies. I'm wondering if it's worth paying an additional $36 for extra purification to avoid errors in the primers (not full length). It would be nice to go with plain desalted primers. I'm ording from invitrogen and have had good luck with them in the past. Chris Upton
