Hi Raymond,
the NCBI has a Trace Archive.

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/Traces/trace.cgi?
The Trace Archive has been developed to store the raw data underlying
all of the sequence generated by the genome project. We will be
exchanging data regularly with the Ensembl Trace Server.
