Dear Ruben,

I think it is not really possible to transfect B cell lines for transient
expression with Ca phosphate.
The only way to transfect B cell lines is with electroporation followed by
selection on a selectable marker (often neo) with geneticin for example.
I have experience with burkitt lymphoma cell lines and transfecting them
with pCi neo (from Promega) after electroporation I select those cells with
(2000 ug/ml geneticin).

Good Luck
