Exactly...  it is very easy to do.   I agree completely and it really
doesnt' take that much time.

We trough vectors and inserts, and for PCR inserts we simply PPT them down
in NaCl and Isoprop, digest, then trough.    We have rarely had problems and
never the need for TA vectors.
