Dialysis: how to avoid volume increase

gel filtration is probably a very good solution, I am just afraid in this
particluar case -
during solvent exchange (removal of EG) some proteins precipitate (thanks
fortune, not the one I trying to purify!). They might clog the column; but
of course, I just have to give it a try (a bit later when I will have more
stuff to risc).
