Aminopeptidase???

Hi,
I am trying to remove two amino acids from the N-terminus of my favorite
protein using aminopeptidases. The sequence of the protein is XaaXaaPro...

Apparently, it will be difficult to perform this because commercial
aminopeptidases do not cleave at the Xaa-Pro bond. 

I am looking for a solution to this very interesting problem.
