annoying problem about standard agarose? please help

What is your most annoying issue or problem when working with the standard
agaroses, and the gels.?

Some people for example can't stand how they boil
over in a microwave when heating, some can't stand
the way the gel falls apart after reuse., etc... what are
your pet peaves when using agarose?

Really would like to know., please post - highly appreciate your opinions.
