Order complementary phosphorylated oligos with non complementary 
overhangs. Heat and slowly anneal equimolar amounts of the oligos. 
Ligate a range of insert:vector ratios. Transform and analyse numbers by 
your method of choice (I used high% LMP agarose gels).
