There is no problem at all.
just wait till your cells grow. It may take upto three-four weeks to see
that. But they will come. One day you will see medium becomes yellowish and
it is time to passage them. Be sure to use right antibiotic concentration,
not too much and add it 24 hours post transfection.

After second passage of 1/10 you will not see dead cells.
