The APBiotech GFX kit is the best gel extraction (using a TAE running buffer
not borate) kit I have come across.  If you use hot water to elute - its
even better, and add a little SDS (0.5%) if you're eluting DIG-labelled
probes.  Its better than glass milk - and not too expensive!
