Dear Friends:

Does anyone have a copy of the protocol for Isolation of High Molecular
Weight Plant DNA posted in the web page of Gimila's lab protocols
(http://www.bofh.net.au/~gimila/molbiol/docs/index.html) ?. The page has
been dead for some time and I lost my copy.

Alternatively, does anyone have a similar protocol for the isolation of
plant genomic DNA of at least 150 kb. I need this for the Genome
Walker's kit from Clontech. Do you know if commercial kits can deliver
DNA of this size?
