references: gene targeting in human cells

Dear all, 
I am sure it will be interesting for many people. 
I want to collect references about gene knock-outs in _human_cell_lines_

two references that I can provide myself are:

1) human pre-B cells, Nalm-6  (seems reasonable): 

Grawunder et al.(2000) Mol. Cell, 2, 477-84. 

2) human T-cells, CEM  (I am not a kamikadze to do that): 

Manjunath et al. (1993) J. Immunol., 151, 1528-34. 

any other references?
