Lidocaine Use

 Hi
  i am wondering if someone in here has used lidocaine
(2-dimethylamino-N-[2,6-dimethylphenyl]-acetate) hydrochloride to detach
cells (specifically macrophages) ? If so, could you please tell me the
comcentration of lidocane used and the incubation time that the cells
could tolerate?
