Hello,
i'm searching how to make a peptide dot blot for the determination of the optimal primary antibody concentration.
In what kind of buffer should i use to do the peptide solubilization and the dot-blot transfer? Is ddH2O ok?
What kind of transfer buffer?
Do i need to pre-wet the PVDF membrane before blotting?
Can i dot-blot the synthetic peptide used for injecting the rabbit?
