I've been trying for a while now to conduct FISH on mRNA, and I keep getting nuclear staining (I should be getting cytoplasmic). Any ideas what I'm doing wrong? I've remade my solutions several times over, and I now know that I *do* get hybridization, it just seems to be to the DNA and not mRNA. Thanks, Reza
