SDS-Agarose electrophoresis of HMW proteins

Hi,
Trie looking for electrophoresis of large proteins. I myself did use
it for von Willebrand factor (up to 10 million dalton). I also used
blotting on these gels and that worked fine. There must be lots of
literature on this subject just do a pubmed search I suppose.
