Taq plasmid

Dear Bionetters,
    	Does anyone out there have a plasmid encoding taq polymerase for 
production in E. coli that they would be willing to share?  Also does 
anyone have a protocol for formaldehyde inactivating taq to make it a hot-
start polymerase?  Thanks for any help!
