looking for Gene Synthesis suggestions

Hi all,

For time is the most expensive ingredient in this experiment: 

Applying a tree-like logical construction pathway and a gradient cycler for
each step of the PCR synthesis (which even could be carried out as
touch-down PCR and where you are very likely to get a product immediately)
should speed up things significantly. 

Just my 2 Ecents worth
