I would like to use trehalose to help with difficult 5'RACE....are
there any problems with Sigma trehalose in regards to RNAse/DNAse
contamination? I've contacted sigma and they've confirmed that they
don't test trehalose for DNAse/RNAse. Can anyone specify a catalog #
that they've used for RT-PCR successfully?
thanks
