imager for "quantitative" ECL detection--recommendation?

We're looking at buying a CCD gel imager for ECL detection and possibly for
gel documentation. Does anybody have a recommendation for a unit that allows
for quantification of ECL bands and saves nice quality tifs? I remember
using a Kodak image station in the past but since the camera wasn't cooled,
the background was high. Is a cooled CCD camera worth paying for?
