Does anyone know any good and user-friendly plug-ins for handling protein and DNA sequences in excel, I am interested in both simple and "advanced" tools: ORF finding, alignments, base counting, reverse-compliment etc. I have done a bit googling, and there are a few plugins like GoCore, but not exactly what I am looking for. thanks
