SAGE and gel purification of ditags

Hello, 

I'm doing SAGE and it seems like many of my ditags are jamed in the
well when I purify them after the NlaIII digestion.

I would like to know if someone ever tried to heat the sample just
before putting it on the acrylamide gel after the NlaIII digestion and
if it improves the yield in purified ditags.
