We used dig labelled oligonucleotides in a band-shift assay. Our problem is, that the oligonucleotides seem to get destroyed when adding our protein crude extract ( the signal strength of the probe without protein is much stronger than the signal from probes with added proteins). Does anyboby have an idea how to avoid this proplem? Kirstin ---
