Hi Spephanie!
Wasnt that IP3 concentration was correlated with Ca2+ released from ER
or SER inside the cell??? Ca2+ are readily detected, no prob with
that... If you use somekind of stimulation than you can include just
additional control into your experiment set.... Hope this helps
