Hi all, the freeware program AiO ( http://134.99.88.55/aio/ ) now has a graphical interface for virtual cloning. It is just Click and Clone (CnC). You can use all known restriction enzymes and also polymerases, nucleases, phosphotases ect. Look at it in the handbook page 30 ( http://134.99.88.55/aio/manual.pdf ). Chritiaan
