Hello!! I am trying to amplify GC rich region using PCR. I have tried using betaine to improve the efficiency( 0M to 3.6M). But I am unable to find the optimum conditions( annealing and extension temp). I am just not able to get any PCR products.It would be great if someone could help me out with this!1 cheers Vidhya ---
