Or use killed bacteria expressing Protein A. Such preparation are
commercially available,I had good success with Pansorbin (no
affiliation).

You may also consider using metabolically labelled protein, by
expressing your proteins in the presence of 35S cys/met. Fluorographies
of these gels detect really minute amounts of protein.
