10X Hogness Modified Freezing Medium:
Solution A: 5 mM MgSO4x4 H2O, 20 mM Sodium Citrate, 
        85 mM (NH4)2SO4, 45 % Glycerin.
Solution B: 0,66 M KH2PO4, 1,3 M K2HPO4
Dilute "B" 4X with "A" = 10 x HMFM (e.g., 1B + 4A)
