about sequencing and labels

Can anything be done with following:

In TaqMan assay (for SNP genotyping) I have unlabelled PRC primers and 
two oligos labelled with VIC anf FAM that hybridise to the PCR product 
born in the amplification using this assay mix. If I take some of this 
PCR product and use it to make sequencing reaction using BigDye 3, do 
the unincorporated  labelled oligos cause problems in sequencing because 
of the VIC and FAM dyes? Or what about the hybridised oligos?
