Dear listers, Does anyone have experience in transfection of HCC cell lines,eg. Huh7 and Hep3B? I have tried some lipid-mediated transfer method, eg.lipofectamine 2000 (invitrogen) and Fugene6(Roche), but it doesn't work. Any suggestion will be appreciated. Maggie
