I currently using Roche's FastStart High Fidelity Taq polymerase mix, which
is a mix of high fidelity and ordinary Taq polymerase so it gives reasonably
efficiency. My PCR products sized up to 2K for cloning experiment. Double
check for correct sequence is a must.
Of course, single enzyme PWO from the same company have the best specificity
but more expensive.
