AFP western blot

Hi All

Anyone has experience on alpha-fetoprotein detection using western blot for 
serum protein? I got 2 bands (~70KDa dominant band and ~55KDa) in every 
human serum sample including normal people. I am now using Santa Cluz's 
rabbit polyclonal first antibody and 1/1000 dilution of serum. I just wonder 
is it sensitive enough for such antibody to detect such a low AFP level in 
normal serum?
