pyrosequencer

I am contemplating the purchase of a pyrosequencer. I
am only aware of some of its theorectical advantaqge
as I have not used it yet. It will be mainly for SNPs.
I suppose there might be better alternatives.

I will appreciate if any experienced users of
pyrosequencers can tell me the pro and cons.
