Hi,
actually my handbook doesn't, ok it says 20ug instead of the 25ug I get. Maybe my UV spec overestimates a bit, but still it's not a lot less. Are you sure you are using the right handbook/kit ? And what kind of vector/ori are you working with ?

Not sure how you are able to achieve 0.5ug/ul with QIAPreps.
The handbook indicates alot less than that.

Hi,
I always used QIApreps (usually 0.5ug/ul) for my bombardments and that worked every time... You might just increase the volume of DNA you put to particle solution, doesn't matter much how you ppt the DNA on the particles.
