Hello everyone,
Could anyone please provide explanations to the following questions (I've been doing quite an amount of minipreps, and i would really like to know the answers)...
1. How SDS disrupts bacterial cell wall/membrane?
2. Why is acetate used for precipitation of proteins in DNA isolation, and what is the apparent mechanism of it's action?
Thanks in advance....
