prevent EtBr from moving

Why?  Why is the movement of the ethbr such a concern?  If you do not like the 
lower half of the gel because it doesn't fluoresce as much, there is a simple 
solution!  Add a drop of EtBr to the anodic end of the buffer chamber and mix! 
The EtBr will move according the laws of physics, and will aloow the gel to be 
evenly stained!  

Isn't Science great?
