I think it may help if you could describe what you want to introduce.
All PNK will do is transfer the gamma phosphate of ATP onto the 5'-OH of
the ss/ds DNA.
Mind you, people then introduce a label via the 5'-Phosphate, but I have
yet to see a publication that indicates the expected yields. I think
Vector sells a kit.
