Hi all, I have a lot of transfectant clones to test - which usually means isolating RNA, making cDNA, and then running a PCR for the transgene. But is there a quick way to test whether the whole expression cassette is intact by PCR? And then just isolate RNA from those clones? Thanks for any advice you can give Markus
