E. coli XL1-Blue MR strain - question!

dear sir: 

I have a question to ask you. I don't know what kind of medium in which the 
E. coli XL1-Blue MR strain can grow and the N resource must be NH4+ only. I 
have try the M9 medium, but it didn't grow in 48 hours. If your know, could 
you enlighten me ? If you know any people who should know please tell as 
well, thank you!
